Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive will drive revenue growth by acquiring new strategic enterprise accounts and building relationships with C-suite executives to address their sustainability challenges.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to win large, complex enterprise deals
Build and maintain relationships with senior decision makers at Fortune 500 companies
Lead discovery sessions to understand client sustainability challenges, sourcing risks, and broader business objectives
Articulate Worldly's value proposition in the context of customer's industry and specific needs
Collaborate with product, data science, solutions, and implementation teams to craft tailored solutions
Negotiate complex contracts and drive deals to closure
Forecast accurately and manage pipeline to consistently exceed quarterly targets
Stay current on sustainability regulations, reporting frameworks, and industry trends

Required

8+ years of successful enterprise software/SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
Demonstrated success closing strategic, complex deals with Fortune 500 companies
Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and ability to navigate complex organizations
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage C-suite executives
Strategic thinking and consultative sales approach
Experience with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Experience selling data platforms, analytics solutions, ESG/sustainability solutions, or sourcing platforms preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
