Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete proposal development process from inception to delivery

Create and execute proposal plans

Manage schedules and assignments

Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather relevant content

Ensure compliance with client requirements and organizational standards

Involve in risk management and oversee quality assurance to produce compelling, high-quality proposals

Required

Proven experience in proposal management, compliance, and development processes, including scheduling and resource coordination

Strong knowledge of federal acquisition processes and requirements, with the ability to analyze solicitation documents and develop winning strategies

Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills to craft and refine compelling proposal narratives

Proficiency in project management, team collaboration, and maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines

Familiarity with tools and systems commonly employed in proposal management, such as MS Office Suite and SharePoint

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

Preferred

Advanced education or certifications (e.g., APMP) are a plus

Demonstrated ability to manage high-value, complex proposals in the government sector is preferred
