1+ years expJLL is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join the Investment Sales Advisory Team within JLL Capital Markets as an Analyst. In this role, you will provide strategic real estate solutions, conduct market research, and assist in financial analysis related to the sales of various real estate opportunities. The position involves financial modeling, preparing client proposals, and participating in the due diligence process for transactions.

Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and market trends
Prepare financial models, valuations, and feasibility studies
Responsible for complex financial modeling of commercial real estate transactions and utilize market and JLL data / comps to correctly underwrite a transaction
Prepare pitch decks (“BOVs”), investment sales advisory packages and submissions for commercial real estate transactions, including research, financial modeling and composition of executive summaries
Collaborate with the Capital Markets team to develop comprehensive client presentations, investment proposals, client packages and develop and recommend financing alternatives
Assist in the due diligence process and be the driving force in working through the marketing and closing processes for each transaction, and be in constant communication with the Producer, the market and the Client
Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and market conditions to provide up-to-date insights and recommendations to clients and team members
Understand and review real estate documents (leases, loan documents, appraisals, etc.)
Participate in weekly office meetings with Producers to discuss deal flow, deal status, market conditions and review new client leads
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling using Excel and Argus
Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Knowledge of capital markets and real estate investment principles. Must understand real estate documents (leases, loan documents, appraisals, etc.)
Strong writing skills with ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively
1-3 years of previous experience in a financial analyst role, preferably within the real estate or capital markets industry
Intermediate experience with Excel
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred
Argus experience preferred
