Strong experience in General Liability Defense
Strong experience in Casualty Insurance
Strong experience in Premises Liability
Strong experience in Catastrophic Liability Defense
Strong experience in Commercial Auto, Tank and Trucking Litigation
Strong experience in Construction Defect
Strong experience in Homeowners
Heavy trial experience - 1st chair/2nd chair, jury trials to verdict, bench trials
Experience taking and defending depositions
Passion for litigation
Preferred
10-25+ years of litigation experience
