They are seeking a Founding Product Intelligence Analyst to leverage senior judgment in understanding customer signals and making informed product and inventory decisions.

Write or modify direct analysis base on our product
Help keep the quality bar high so customers trust and reuse our product
Qualification
Required
Real operator experience
Experience as a former Amazon / marketplace seller or operator
Experience as an e-commerce operator who managed products at $5M+ GMV
Experience as a senior product / operations leader in DTC, consumer goods, or hardware
Experience as a former consultant or PM who worked close to P&L and product risk
Ability to write or modify direct analysis based on the product
Ability to help keep the quality bar high so customers trust and reuse the product
Experience seeing products fail after launch
Experience reading customer reviews when things went wrong
Ability to be precise, cautious, and honest with claims
Preferred
Former Amazon / marketplace seller or operator
