Qualification
Required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Preferred
Experience: 6+ months of customer service or related experience
Experience: 6+ months of basic technical support experience
Experience: 6+ months of heavy volume phone experience
Experience: 6+ months working with computers and software applications
Technical Skills: MS Office, computer skills, typing
