Project Manager II (Mass Timber PM)

Responsibilities
Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project teams and stakeholders
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to project sites
Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to ensure alignment with project requirements
Manage and coordinate all construction activities on-site, including subcontractor work, equipment installations, and material handling
Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is being performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
Establish and enforce rigorous quality control procedures and standards to ensure workmanship, materials, and finished products meet project requirements
Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of construction to identify and address quality issues and deviations from standards
Implement corrective actions and follow-up measures to ensure timely resolution of quality deficiencies
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones, and issues
Facilitate regular project meetings and conference calls to ensure alignment and coordination among project teams
Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges that may impact project delivery, and develop mitigation strategies to address them
Resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and disputes in a timely and professional manner to minimize project delays and disruptions
Implement corrective actions and follow-up measures to address project issues and prevent reoccurrence
Qualification
Required
Mass Timber experience
Strong leadership abilities
Extensive project management experience
Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
