2027 Truist Asset Finance - Real Estate Investment Banking - Summer Analyst Program (Internship)

The Real Estate Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program provides an opportunity for interns to gain exposure to investment banking disciplines, sharpen financial analysis skills, and support client development and transaction execution.

Networking, socials, case studies and presentations, team-building projects
Participate in Executive Speaker Series: CEO, Truist Securities Senior Leaders, among others
Engage in Community Service: Opportunities to participate in various volunteer initiatives are provided and involvement is strongly encouraged
Interact with other groups and disciplines throughout the investment bank
Gain exposure to a number of disciplines within investment banking
Sharpen financial analysis skills
Develop an understanding of corporate markets and clients
Gain experience in corporate finance and with investment banking products through on-the-job training
Support internal and external clients
Play a meaningful role in new business development, due diligence, and transaction execution
Work with senior professionals to identify and evaluate opportunities
Meet with and present to prospective clients
Demonstrate a mastery of financial and accounting concepts to facilitate the creation or review of in-depth financial models involved in transactions
Draft internal and external documents and marketing materials utilized in transactions
Execute transactions and work with clients, attorneys, investors, interested parties and other senior professionals daily
Qualification
Required
Scheduled graduation of December 2027 or May/June 2028
Overall GPA of 3.0
Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
Superior written and oral communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Business major
Prior completion of Accounting or Finance coursework
High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement
Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program
