Responsibilities

Greet & Support Customers With a Warm, Professional Approach
Handle Incoming Calls & Communications With Efficiency & Courtesy
Perform Precise Data Entry & Maintain Well-Organized Filling Systems
Cultivate & Nurture Positive Relationships With Realtors, Colleagues, Clients, & All Company Departments
Deliver Comprehensive One-on-One Training to Newly Recruited Realtors on Company Programs & Systems
Set up, Process, Monitor, & Review Real Estate Listing & Sale Transaction Files From Start to Finish
Track Transaction Files Through to Closing, Ensuring All Updates, Modifications, & Cancellations Are Properly Documented
Address & Resolve Broker Commission Inquires & Concerns Promptly
Maintain Regular Communication With Agents, Clients, Branch Offices, Mortgage Companies, & Internal Teams Through Email & Phone
Oversee Branch Operations & Ensure Smooth Day to Day Management of Property-Related Activities

Qualification

California Real Estate LicenseReal Estate Transaction CoordinationMS Office SuiteAdministrative ExperienceAnalytical ThinkingInterpersonal SkillsCommunication SkillsProblem-SolvingAttention to Detail

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
AA Degree or Equivalent Combination of Education & Relevant Work Experience Required
Previous Experience Working in a Professional Office
Holds A Current California Real Estate License & or Notary Commission, or Willingness to Obtain These Credentials
Solid Knowledge of MS Office Suite Including Word, Excel & Outlook
Exceptional Attention to Detail With The Ability to Manage Critical Information With Accuracy
Strong Interpersonal Skills to Build Rapport With Diverse Individuals
Excellent Written, Verbal, & Active Listening Communication Skills
Outstanding Analytical Thinking & Creative Problem-Solving Capabilities
Must be Dedicated to Long Term Growth & Have Solid Attendance & Punctuality
Maintain Complete Confidentiality & Discretion With Sensitive Information
Must be 18+ Years Old
