This role involves working on sophisticated finance transactions, representing clients in various finance deals, and managing multiple transactions while ensuring high-quality client service.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in a variety of finance transactions, including:
Syndicated lending
Secured transactions
Commercial finance, including cash flow credit facilities
Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and other related financing documents
Support and advise clients on structuring and execution of private debt transactions
Manage multiple deals simultaneously while ensuring high-quality client service
Collaborate with partners and team members across offices
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Active license to practice law in New York (required)
3–6 years of experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions, and commercial finance
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Private debt experience strongly preferred
