Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and instructions

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location, including interior areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment

Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel

Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits as required by site-specific policies

Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations or medical emergencies when appropriate

Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and/or observations as required by Allied Universal and site management

Required

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
