Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Support Staff
Norwescap is a 60-year-old anti-poverty organization focused on improving the lives of low-income individuals and families. They are seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Support Staff responsible for performing clerical tasks to support daily operations of the organization.

Responsibilities
Answer and transfer phone calls to employees and departments
Look up participants' file in the Case Record Management System to better route their calls
Adaptability to learn how to use different CRM systems as needed and take notes accordingly
Direct all visitors and participants to the correct person, office or department
Respond to general inquiries/questions in a polite and timely manner
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED or combination of equivalent education and experience required
One year administrative/receptionist or computer related work required
Experience with MS Office including Teams, Zoom and internet familiarity required

Associate's degree preferred
3 years' experience preferred
