Daily access reconciliation control monitoring

Required

Applicants must be able to work directly
Proven ability to lead initiatives of varying size and scope to support the organization
High level of knowledge and understanding of at least one IGA platform solution (OIG, SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock)
Strong analytical skills for understanding complex datasets
Proficiency in writing SQL queries, Python, and Shell scripts to extract relevant data from databases and file systems
Experience in creating strategic performance dashboards and metrics
Skills in planning, organizing, and adapting within a multi-tasking environment
Ability to identify security issues, remediate user access issues, and collaborate effectively with IAM teams, business end-users, and leadership
Experience in training and directing junior analysts to improve processes
8 years of experience with any IGA Platforms
