Responsibilities
Manage electrical construction projects through all phases: planning, execution, and close-out
Coordinate electrical scope, schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment
Work closely with field leadership to support daily electrical operations
Review electrical drawings, scopes of work, and project plans
Track project progress, costs, and labor productivity
Manage change orders, RFIs, and scope adjustments related to electrical work
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety requirements, and quality standards
Communicate with customers, vendors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders
Maintain clear project documentation, reporting, and forecasts
Support teams in resolving field issues quickly and effectively
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing electrical construction projects
Understanding of commercial or industrial electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
Experience coordinating electricians, foremen, and subcontractors
Familiarity with electrical materials, equipment, and procurement timelines
Working knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and inspections
Experience managing electrical change orders and field-driven scope changes
Experience as a Project Manager on electrical construction projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Comfortable working with field teams and operations
Practical, solutions-focused mindset
Preferred
Background in industrial, data center, energy, or critical infrastructure projects
Experience working with union and non-union electrical crews
Exposure to estimating or preconstruction for electrical scopes
