Responsibilities

Assist the compensation team in designing and managing pay structures
Analyze market data, internal equity, and compliance requirements to create fair and effective compensation programs
Partner with HR and leadership to support talent attraction, retention, and reward strategies
Develop a pay transparency communication strategy
Gain insight into the basics of compensation and how to benchmark a role

Qualification

Associate's DegreeBachelor's DegreeGraduate-level program

Required

Student who is currently enrolled in a two-year Associate's Degree program, Bachelor's Degree program, or graduate-level program preferred

Preferred

Preference will be given to undergraduate juniors and seniors pursuing business administration, healthcare administration, human resources, or other related majors
