Responsibilities
Confirms product compliance to established quality standards by conducting visual tests
Rejecting products that fail to meet established quality standards
Ensure the line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands
Documents inspection results for final product grading
Produce products that meet quality standards with minimal defects
Help other operators during breaktimes
Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions
Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Basic knowledge of manufacturing process
Must be detail oriented and able to analyze information on computer monitor for 12 hours
Able to lift 50 pounds without restriction
Able to stand and be on your feet for up to 12 hours
