Marquis Home Care is seeking an experienced HHA Staffing Coordinator to join their team. This full-time position involves coordinating Home Health Aide staffing and scheduling across multiple agencies to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Assign HHAs to existing Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) clients, ensuring appropriate coverage and continuity of care

Collaborate with multiple Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs) to support patient needs

Manage and oversee HHA scheduling across multiple LHCSA agencies

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of aide assignments, availability, and compliance requirements

Communicate effectively with HHAs regarding schedules, assignments, and any changes

Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to address staffing challenges and ensure high-quality patient care

Monitor and address last-minute call-outs and coverage gaps efficiently

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and agency policies related to staffing and scheduling
