Research Associate, Entry Level (Molecular Cloning, In Vivo)

They are seeking a motivated Research Associate to support their scientific team across in vivo and cell-based activities, providing an opportunity for new graduates to gain exposure to early-stage biotech R&D.

Responsibilities
Support our scientific team across in vivo and cell-based activities
Gain broad exposure to early-stage biotech R&D, including programs ranging from early conception to IND enabling stages
Maintaining a clean and organized lab environment
Maintaining records of batches of reagents used in different experiments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in the sciences
Some laboratory experience or 1-2 years of industry or academic research experience
Preferred
In vivo work (IP/IV injections, blood draws)
PCR
Molecular cloning (e.g., Gibson or Golden Gate assembly)
Bacterial or mammalian cell culture
DNA purification
Chromatographic purification of biomolecules
High throughput assays / pipetting (96- or 384-well)
mRNA synthesis and lipid nanoparticle formulations
Preparing lab media/reagents
Maintaining a clean and organized lab environment
Maintaining records of batches of reagents used in different experiments
