They are seeking a Business Development Representative to manage outbound lead generation for their Web3 and iGaming verticals, focusing on sourcing and qualifying new leads for senior team members.

Responsibilities
Identify and map target prospects within Web3, Crypto, and iGaming
Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone calls, Telegram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
Handle cold leads end-to-end: outreach, follow-ups, and qualification
Use company systems and playbooks to optimise outreach performance
Qualify leads based on budget, needs, and growth potential
Pass qualified leads to senior sales or account managers to close
Track all activity and opportunities in CRM systems
Continuously test angles, messaging, and channels to improve response rates
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in tech sales or business development
Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Experience with cold outreach and outbound sales systems
Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Instantly.ai, or similar outreach platforms (highly beneficial)
Comfortable using CRMs and lead management tools
Understanding of (or strong interest in) Web3, Crypto, and iGaming
Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
Preferred
Previous experience working with crypto projects or online casinos
Experience generating leads for marketing agencies
Understanding of user acquisition, paid media, or influencer marketing
