Proactively analysing customer needs and requirements and coordinating the development and implementation of suitable solutions
Working with customers to enhance their understanding and use of FedEx services
Coordinating and collaborating with other teams across FedEx to deliver a seamless, outstanding experience for our customers
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated, customer focused and commercially aware
Experienced sales professional with knowledge of the business environment and evident results of managing multiple accounts to the complete satisfaction of customers
Excellent communication and contact skills
A creative and inventive way of working and thinking, enterprising, convincing and genuinely interested in your customers
Demonstrates initiative, organization, discipline, and adaptability while working in a team environment
