Responsibilities

Provide Network and Desktop Support to Local and Remote Users Across the Company
Serve as the First Point of Contact for Customer/Internal Staff Seeking Technical Assistance via the HelpDesk
Performing Onsite and Remote Troubleshooting through Diagnostic Techniques
Prioritizing Incoming HelpDesk Tickets and Scheduling Resolutions Accordingly
Building and Deploying New Hardware
Maintaining Quick Response Times to Various Issues Reported by End-Users and Vendors
Maintaining Inventory of Desktops, Laptops, Phones, etc
Assisting IT Team with Troubleshooting Network Level and Back-End Systems
Supporting Various Implementations with Other Members of the IT Team Including: Upgrades, Patches, Installation of New applications and New Equipment
Special Projects

Qualification

IT/HelpDesk ExperienceMicrosoft MS365AzureWindows 11Global Financial Services Experience

Required

2-6 Years of IT/HelpDesk Experience
Global Financial Services Industry Experience a Big Plus
Experience with Microsoft MS365, Azure and Desktop Operating Systems like Windows 11
