Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate relationships with luxury real estate brokers, private wealth advisors, family offices, interior designers, architects, and builders serving UHNW clients in River Oaks, Memorial, Tanglewood, West University, and The Woodlands
Represent both the concierge home-management and luxury lighting/electrical divisions with equal fluency and enthusiasm
Self-generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and creative outreach (warm lead list provided)
Schedule and conduct polished presentations of Wynne Walker Group capabilities to prospective clients and referral partners
Nurture long-term referral relationships with consistent, thoughtful follow-up — lunches, gifts, project updates, new offerings
Collaborate on marketing collateral, private events, and campaigns that resonate with the UHNW audience
Track all opportunities and results in our CRM
Attend exclusive industry and social events as Wynne Walker Group’s brand ambassador
Hit quarterly and annual new-client and revenue-growth targets

Qualification

Required

Proven track record in luxury sales or business development (private aviation, luxury real estate, private wealth management, high-end design, or private service strongly preferred)
Polished verbal, written, and presentation skills — warm and confident
Natural relationship-builder who earns trust quickly
Highly organized, self-starter comfortable with full autonomy
Professional presence perfect for River Oaks dinner parties and boardrooms
Proficient in HubSpot and Google Workspace

Preferred

Existing relationships inside Houston's UHNW ecosystem is a major advantage
Bachelor's degree helpful but not required
