Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, assisting clients or routing them as needed
Process billing inquiries and facilitate premium payments
Manage policy change requests for vehicles, homeowners, and other coverages
Provide initial loss reporting support and claims process guidance
Identify potential upsell opportunities during customer interactions
Document all client interactions in our Customer Management System (CMS)
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Windows operating systems and web navigation
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Eagerness to learn through on-the-job training and agency-provided courses
Completion of our in-agency 'Insurance 101' course (provided during onboarding)
Will be required to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license in Ohio within 90-120 days of hire
