Start in 2026 SummerKCH is a privately held construction holding company expanding its finance and corporate development capabilities. They are seeking a highly motivated FP&A & Acquisitions Summer Analyst for Summer 2026, offering hands-on exposure to financial management and the acquisition process.
Construction
Responsibilities
Support corporate FP&A across multiple operating companies, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
Assist in building and maintaining integrated financial models
Conduct market research, industry analysis, and opportunity mapping for potential acquisitions
Participate in early-stage due diligence, valuation work, and investment memos
Help prepare materials for the company’s first institutional investor outreach
Analyze the financial performance of portfolio companies and identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate closely with senior leadership, strategy teams, and operating executives
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field (Class of 2028 or 2029 preferred)
Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills
Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects at once
Interest in private markets, construction, real assets, or corporate development
Excellent communication and presentation skills
