3+ years expFinPoint Insurance Group is seeking a self-directed Marketing & Brand Manager to lead and execute marketing and brand initiatives across all locations. This role is responsible for driving inbound lead generation, managing digital presence, and ensuring brand consistency across offices and platforms.

Responsibilities
Own and maintain FinPoint’s brand voice, messaging, and visual identity
Translate business goals into practical, executable marketing strategies
Ensure brand consistency across offices, campaigns, and materials
Manage paid media across Google Ads and Meta platforms
Optimize campaigns with a focus on lead quality and performance
Maintain tracking through GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, and conversion events
Manage and update the FinPoint website (WordPress), including landing pages and forms
Coordinate with external developers as needed
Improve SEO performance, site speed, and conversion paths
Monitor performance across marketing channels and report insights to leadership
Track traffic, conversions, cost per lead, and campaign effectiveness
Identify opportunities to improve attribution and funnel visibility
Plan and execute organic social content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Create short-form video, graphics, and written content
Support community engagement and local visibility initiatives
Manage relationships with agencies, developers, and software vendors
Evaluate and implement marketing tools, CRMs, and system integrations
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or growth marketing
Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
Strong organizational, judgment, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in service-based or local businesses
