Responsibilities
Sell Memberships to Massage Envy guests
Recommend upgrades and enhancements to members and guests
Inform members and guests of additional services we offer, such as skincare and total body stretch
Encourage home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
Greet guests and members as they enter the clinic
Efficiently and effectively check members in and out for appointments
Answer phones and proactively reach out to clients to book appointments and collect payment
Resolve customer issues through empathy, active listening and creative problem solving
Book appointments to achieve maximum schedule efficiency
Maintain client files and actively communicate client needs to service provider
Clean and disinfect common areas as needed
Complete all other duties assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Have previous sales experience and were successful in hitting targets
Are goal driven, informative, and charismatic sales associates
Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
Have computer and cash handling skills
Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
Have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
