Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems
Interpret and work with electrical schematics to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Supervise and provide guidance to a team of electrical technicians
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in electrical maintenance and supervision
Strong knowledge of PLC systems and electrical schematics
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field
