They are seeking a Senior Full Arch Growth Strategist to manage a portfolio of dental practices, serving as a strategic advisor to diagnose bottlenecks and optimize patient journeys for increased case volume.

Responsibilities

Conduct monthly performance reviews (and bi-weekly check-ins when needed) with 35-50 practice accounts, serving as their strategic partner for diagnosing challenges and accelerating growth
Identify exactly what's preventing a practice from scaling - whether it's lead volume, lead quality, contact rates, consultation show rates, case acceptance, financing, doctor availability, team training, or process breakdowns
Coach treatment coordinators and patient advocates directly—not just review their metrics, but improve their close rates through call coaching, objection handling, and follow-up cadence
Speak with authority on what a high-performing full arch consultation should sound like, what conversion benchmarks should be, and how to structure the patient journey for maximum case acceptance
Step in on at-risk accounts to diagnose issues and retain clients who are considering cancellation
Monitor your entire portfolio and immediately flag underperforming accounts
Analyze data across the full patient acquisition funnel to diagnose exactly where practices are breaking down - ad performance, lead quality, contact rates, show rates, consultation effectiveness, case acceptance, or operational capacity
Provide weekly reports to leadership on underperforming accounts with specific diagnosis and recommended next steps
Serve as the liaison between practices and internal teams - when you identify issues with lead cost or ad performance, you work with our media buying team; when lead handling or follow-up is the bottleneck, you coordinate with our call center team to implement solutions
Track and interpret KPIs across your portfolio: cost per lead, cost per consultation, show rate, case acceptance rate, cost per arch, ROI – and know which numbers actually matter for each client's situation
Ensure accountability across all touchpoints - you're not expected to fix every issue yourself, but you own making sure the right people are addressing problems and practices are getting back on track
Identify when practices are ready to scale their ad spend based on performance metrics and operational capacity
Develop customized growth roadmaps for practices at different stages - a practice doing 5 arches/month needs different strategies and infrastructure than one doing 30 arches/month
Conduct quarterly business reviews that demonstrate ROI, showcase growth trajectory, and present clear expansion opportunities
Identify when clients need additional services to keep growing—new creative, expanded platforms, better tracking—and make the case for why

Required

Deep Full Arch Expertise (Non-Negotiable)
You must have substantial experience in one or more of these areas:
Full Arch Consulting: Worked directly with multiple practices to grow their All-on-X production—not as a one-time advisor, but with ongoing involvement and measurable results
Senior Treatment Coordination: Owned the full patient journey from lead to close—not just case presentation, but lead management, financing strategy, and what it takes to scale from 5 to 15+ arches per month
Practice Operations: Ran operations at a high-volume full arch practice and were directly responsible for scaling case production
DSO/Multi-Location Operations: Scaled full arch production across multiple locations with deep involvement in strategy and metrics
Industry-Side Operations: Worked with companies like Straumann, Nobel Biocare, or BioHorizons in a role where you partnered with high-volume practices on their business operations and growth strategy
Client Communication: Comfortable leading client calls, having difficult conversations, and presenting data in a way that drives decisions
Natural relationship builder who earns trust through deep expertise and consistent follow-through
Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to quickly diagnose problems across different accounts and prescribe solutions
Comfortable analyzing marketing and practice performance data to identify what's actually broken
Understanding of Meta advertising fundamentals—how campaigns scale, why lead costs fluctuate, and what levers actually move performance
Organized enough to manage 35-50 accounts without letting any slip
Self-motivated and disciplined in a fully remote environment
Bias toward action - you don't wait to be told what to do, you see what needs to happen and you do it
Revenue-focused - you understand both the client and agency need to win financially
Problem-solver who works cross-functionally to get results
