Responsibilities

Proactively engage with clients approaching renewal dates to explore refinancing, renewal, and additional funding opportunities
Identify and present additional financing solutions that support business growth goals
Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients and providing updates, answering questions, and building trust
Guide clients through the renewal process
Track pipeline activity and customer interactions using Salesforce
Meet or exceed monthly renewal, retention, and upsell targets

Required

2+ years of experience in account management, renewals, or B2B inside sales
Proven success in high-volume, transactional sales environments

Self-starter with exceptional communication and time management skills
Able to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
