Qualification
Required
2+ years of current, full service, casual dining management experience
Strong personal and professional integrity
An affinity to attract, lead, develop, recognize and retain the best hospitality talent
Enthusiasm to thrive in the fast pace pressure and opportunity to solve problems on the go
Passion for hospitality and interacting with Guests
Sense to be 'hands on' when needed
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand & be on your feet for 8-10 hours
