Qualification
Required
Active and valid license to practice law in Texas
Prior experience handling first-party and 'bad faith' litigation matters
Strong legal research, writing, and motion-practice skills
Prior trial experience
Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation matters and client relationships independently
Interest in long-term professional growth within a collaborative, high-level litigation practice
Preferred
Bilingual / Spanish speaker preferred, but not required
