Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end Oracle OTM and GTM Cloud implementations
Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for transportation and trade compliance
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define integration touchpoints between Oracle GTM/OTM and Descartes platforms
Configure and support Oracle Cloud Transportation and Trade modules including:
Transportation Planning & Execution
Freight Settlement & Rating
Customs Management & Compliance Screening
Restricted Party Screening (RPS)
Define and execute functional test plans including SIT and UAT
Support integration design using Oracle Integration MuleSoft, Cloud (OIC), or other middleware tools
Develop training materials and provide end-user support post-implementation
Work closely with global teams to manage solution delivery across multiple geographies
Qualification
Required
15+ years of IT experience, with strong exposure to supply chain management systems
10+ years in SCM domain, with expertise in logistics, transportation, and trade compliance processes
7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle OTM and GTM (preferably Cloud version)
Oracle Cloud Certification in OTM/GTM
Proven experience in Oracle Cloud SCM suite and familiarity with associated modules like Order Management, Inventory, and Procurement
Strong knowledge of Descartes platform, including Customs Filing, Screening, and Logistics Network integration
Expertise in functional configuration, solution architecture, and Oracle best practices
Solid understanding of global trade regulations, duty optimization, and license management
Experience in writing BRDs, functional specifications, test scripts, and training documentation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with Descartes using APIs or EDI
Prior experience working with manufacturing, distribution, or high-tech industries
