Responsibilities

Strategic QA Leadership : Develop and execute QA strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements

Hands-on Testing : Develop test plans, test cases, and scripts, and participate in both manual and automated testing

QA Team Management : Build and manage a team of QA engineers, providing mentorship and performance management

Compliance & Regulatory : Ensuring software compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining knowledge of HIPAA and FDA regulations

Collaboration & Communication : Working with cross-functional teams and communicating QA results to stakeholders

Continuous Improvement : Identifying opportunities to enhance QA processes, driving a culture of quality, and staying updated on industry best practices

Defect Analysis : Participating in defect analysis and root cause investigations, and working with development to resolve issues
