Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard subcontractors/techs nationwide
Build redundancy per market: 3–5 viable options per trade/area
Support urgent sourcing and hard-to-cover areas
Standardize vendor requirements (COI, W‑9, licensing, safety docs, response expectations)
Drive pricing discipline with rate structures and quote validation
Maintain accurate vendor records and performance notes
Coordinate with Operations on active coverage gaps and escalations
Qualification
Required
National or multi-state vendor sourcing experience (FM/field services preferred)
Strong understanding of trade work and how to evaluate scope/pricing quickly
Highly organized and consistent follow-up habits
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with daily priorities
