The Fulfillment Support Specialist role involves supporting accurate receipt, shipping, putaway, and reporting of inventory within the Fulfillment Center, while also resolving issues related to inventory and order processing.

Responsibilities
Prepare order waves for processing and ensure all waves are systematically processed correctly
Support associates by resolving inventory, order, and putaway processing issues
Process returns product including the data entry, physical disposition, and required communication
Support reporting within the Fulfillment center with data entry related to daily operations
Resolve quality issues related to capacity and inventory management
Perform troubleshooting and research as needed to support inquiries from internal partners
Perform other duties as required to support operations
Qualification
Required
Basic computer skills and strong MS Excel skills required
High School Diploma required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor communication to match the audience
Excellent customer service skills. Able to resolve partner concerns professionally
Comfort working with ambiguity, taking initiative, and making decisions that find the best balance amongst competing priorities
Able to stand, walk for up to 12 hours
Able to push, pull, grasp, bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Must be able to read, speak, write and understand Basic English
Preferred
1+ year of administrative, clerical or scheduling experience preferred
Experience with ERP and WMS systems preferred
