B2B Sales Rep / Account Manager- Associate Level - 2-5 years exp + degree
ttg Talent Solutions is a well-established leader in the Fresh & Frozen Seafood market, seeking a B2B Sales Rep / Account Manager. This role focuses on selling to national and regional accounts in the foodservice industry, requiring strong sales skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
Learn and execute a structured B2B sales process focused on the foodservice industy
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the U.S. and Canada
Target mid-sized to large restaurant groups, hospitality concepts, and foodservice distributors
Attending Trade Shows throughout the year
Build and manage a growing portfolio of accounts with a goal of generating $10M+ in new sales within the first year
Develop long-term client relationships through consultative selling and high-touch service
Partner closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, leadership) to deliver solutions and exceed customer expectations
Gain exposure to strategic sales planning and report directly to the Director of Sales, contributing to broader commercial initiatives
This is an on-site position - NOT FIELD BASED
Qualification
Required
Must have a Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of B2B sales experience
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage decision-makers
Coachable mindset with a desire to learn, improve, and build a professional sales career
Ability to manage multiple prospects and accounts in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Competitive, resilient, and motivated by performance-based earnings
Must be living in the South Florida area
Preferred
Experience selling to restaurant chains, distributors, or foodservice accounts is a plus
Candidates from other B2B industries (e.g., logistics, manufacturing, SaaS, consumer goods) with a solid sales foundation are encouraged to apply
Benefits
$80K- $100 K base salary ( based in experience) plus 70% of salary in commissions ( total comp in the $136K-$170K range)
