Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability
Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports to meet business needs
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, ensuring system reliability and performance
Provide technical guidance and best practices to internal teams and clients to optimize Salesforce usage
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and features, recommending enhancements to existing implementations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce declarative tools
Experience with Salesforce integrations, using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft or similar
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and process automation
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications are a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
