Service & Sales Representative (OAK) - Full-Time & Part-Time

CLEAR is dedicated to creating frictionless experiences for its members, and they are seeking a Sales and Service Representative to drive membership growth and provide exceptional customer service. In this role, you will engage with travelers, explain the benefits of CLEAR’s services, and convert potential customers into loyal members while exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Drive Membership Sales: Actively engage with travelers, pitch the benefits of CLEAR, and convert interactions into membership enrollments
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Create positive and memorable experiences for travelers, members, and potential customers by providing top-tier service and addressing any inquiries
Security and Safety Adherence: Follow all security protocols, including verifying airline documents, confirming traveler identification, and maintaining strict adherence to safety procedures
Achieve and Exceed Sales Goals: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets by consistently enrolling new members through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques
Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling a variety of products and services, with the ability to quickly pivot between offerings based on customer needs and operational priorities

Qualification

Required

Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Open availability and flexibility – ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
Completion of airport badging and government screening process, including a drug test

Preferred

Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we will provide the training to help you succeed!
