Responsibilities
Lead and support migrations from Avaya PBX to Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco VoIP, and Webex Calling
Design, configure, and validate VoIP services (dial plans, routing, voicemail, E911, endpoints)
Support Webex Contact Center integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Calabrio, AI Agent)
Conduct VoIP readiness assessments and onsite cutover activities
Execute go-live support and post-migration stabilization
Develop technical documentation and deliver training to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Voice and Cisco UC (CUCM)
Proven experience with Avaya PBX to VoIP migrations
Experience supporting Webex Contact Center in large enterprise or public-sector environments
Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, networking fundamentals, and QoS
Preferred
Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate
CCNA/CCNP (Collaboration)
Microsoft 365 Administrator
AudioCodes, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL certifications
