Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and expand a national network of independent Manufacturers’ Representatives and Distribution Partners

Drive accountability, territory performance, and pipeline growth across regions

Serve as the primary field liaison between the factory and channel partners

Support high-value distributor calls, product demos, and technical sales presentations

Translate technical capabilities into clear customer value

Grow revenue in core markets: mass notification, intercoms, IP speakers, and security audio

Spearhead new business development in AI-enabled QSR and retail communications

Represent the company at major industry events including ISC West, InfoComm, GSX, and NRS

Conduct on-site visits nationwide to support rep firms, distributors, and key end users

Required

5+ years of sales experience in security hardware, intercoms, mass notification, or commercial audio

Strong working knowledge of SIP / VoIP / IP-based systems

Proven success managing independent rep firms and national distribution channels

Comfortable driving strategy while remaining hands-on in the field

Technically curious and commercially minded—able to sell how AI-powered communications improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience in QSR and retail environments

Confident communicator who can influence engineers, integrators, distributors, and C-suite executives
