Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses
Support advisors in preparing for client meetings, including account reviews, reports, and presentations
Assist with account opening, maintenance, transfers, and service requests
Coordinate and track client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Process transactions and follow up on outstanding items
Maintain and update client information in CRM and portfolio management systems
Collaborate with custodians, vendors, and internal team members to resolve client needs
Help ensure a consistently high-quality client experience across all touchpoints
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a client service–oriented role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and client-first mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with CRM or portfolio management systems is a plus
FINRA licenses (Series 7/63 or similar) are a plus or willingness to obtain
