Responsibilities

Support the analysis, strategy, and financial planning for Hadron’s micro modular reactor deployment
Conduct market research, financial modeling, and policy analysis
Contribute directly to commercial strategy in a fast-paced startup environment

Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
Demonstrated interest in clean energy, infrastructure, or technology commercialization
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
Passion for clean energy and a startup-minded approach to problem-solving

Preferred

Familiarity with energy markets or project finance is a plus
