Responsibilities
Provide hands-on administrative support to the accounting team
Support accounting and operational projects, including:
Data entry and data mining
Heavy Excel usage and reporting support
QuickBooks transaction support and reconciliation assistance
Support titling documentation and compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Assist with seasonal and time-sensitive projects that require focus and follow-through
Deliver high-quality customer service, including:
Meeting customers in person as needed
Acting as a knowledgeable, professional point of contact throughout the customer experience
Maintain accurate records and documentation with strong attention to detail
Identify inefficiencies, anticipate needs, and proactively recommend solutions
Qualification
Required
Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Sharp attention to detail paired with strong practical judgment
A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong customer service instincts and a calm, professional presence
Advanced proficiency in Excel (heavy usage required)
Prior exposure to accounting, finance, titling, or operational support work
A forward-thinking approach. You notice problems before they become issues
Preferred
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Loan officers or financial services professionals
Administrative assistants with strong budgeting or accounting support experience
Titling specialists or dealership accounting support professionals
