They are seeking an experienced Insurance Due Diligence Project Manager responsible for managing and executing insurance due diligence projects, ensuring comprehensive analysis of insurance-related costs and risks in corporate transactions.

Responsibilities
Leading and managing the insurance due diligence process from initial engagement through the transaction close and the transition to the WTW service team
Developing project plans to ensure all deliverables are met within scope and timeline
Conducting comprehensive reviews and analyses of insurance policies, programs, and coverage to identify key risk exposures and provide recommendations to mitigate identified risks and optimize insurance coverage
Prepare detailed due diligence reports summarizing findings, assessments, and recommendations and presenting those findings to the deal team, highlighting key risks and suggested mitigation strategies
Ensuring continuous communication and establishing clear expectations for both external and internal constituents
Serving as a strong role model and influence on others for best practices including a commitment to collaboration and team dynamics
Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in insurance due diligence
Ensuring that client engagement, contract formation, and service delivery processes fully comply with WTW policies across all territorial, legal, and regulatory domains
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing and executing insurance due diligence projects
Ability to conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of insurance policies, programs, and coverage
Strong project management skills to develop project plans and ensure deliverables are met within scope and timeline
Experience in preparing detailed due diligence reports summarizing findings, assessments, and recommendations
Excellent communication skills to ensure continuous communication and establish clear expectations
Ability to serve as a role model and influence others for best practices in collaboration and team dynamics
Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in insurance due diligence
Understanding of client engagement, contract formation, and service delivery processes in compliance with policies
