Parking Customer Service Representative
Spokane International Airport is seeking a Parking Customer Service Representative to collect parking fees and provide excellent customer service. The role includes driving a shuttle bus, maintaining parking areas, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Collect parking fees from customers, and process employee parking transactions, promissory notes and exception tickets
Assure security of cash receipts and perform end-of-shift cash verification and close-out procedures
Troubleshoot and perform minor equipment repair
Perform car inventory procedures, and report within specified time requirements
Greet passengers in a friendly, courteous manner
Supervise the conduct of passengers in the vehicle and at boarding locations
Prepare shuttle bus for operation and inspect for damage and clean at end of the shift
Monitor two-way radio calls, report adverse conditions, and complete accident/incident reports
Assist customers requesting directions and assistance in a courteous, professional manner
Perform assigned snow removal duties
Collect baggage carts
Clean up of booth area and offices, pick up debris in the parking garages/lots and clean/wash equipment
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED with course in Business Math
Experience with cash, check, and credit card transactions and balancing receipts/cash reports required
Direct customer service experience required
Must possess a valid driver license, free of serious or frequent traffic violations
Must have a clean, neat appearance, pleasant disposition
Deliver excellent internal and external customer service
Work as a contributing member of the team
Read, write, speak and understand English
Knowledge of cash handling procedures and ability to count
Basic computer skills
Present in a professional manner and with excellent interpersonal skills in order to establish effective working relationships with others
Must be able to work varying shifts, hours and days, including weekends and holidays
Requires the ability to lift, carry, push and pull objects up to 50 pounds
Job function requires sitting and walking for extended periods, but also involve standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, lifting, carrying, and reaching
Able to move about facilities & all areas of responsibility including in and out of toll booths and shuttle vehicles
Close vision and ability to read small print
Able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
Ability to continuously exchange information through listening and talking with customers, coworkers, and other individuals required
May be required to obtain and maintain an Airport security badge as a condition of employment
This is a safety sensitive position
Preferred
Snow removal, janitorial, automotive maintenance/repair experience preferred
