Quality Engineer II - Manufacturing/NPI

Responsibilities
Enable mfg. quality assurance in the manufacturing process (such as BIQ, quality checks, RCCA, etc.)
Enable quality management system elements pursuit in the site operations (such as gage calibrations, audits, incoming inspections, etc.) and
Lead as mfg. quality representative for the NPI process portion of the new product(s) induction into the Danville manufacturing process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in industrial, electrical, mechanical engineering or a related field
7 years of combined experience in Mfg. Quality and/or Factory Operations
Knowledge of ISO9001-2015 requirements and audit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Awareness of New Product Introduction process
Preferred
Practical experience with ISO9001-2015 requirements and audit
Practical experience in new product introductions and familiarity with the stage-gate process
Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing toolset
