Responsibilities

Design, planning and execution of core voice solutions (SIP, Client, Session Routing, Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice, Genesys Cloud) that are consistent with the goals and objectives set by the company

Develops high and low level technical documentation in accordance with processes and procedures for consistent deployments and operational turnover

Provides project planning information and low level tasks to project management staff and participates in the development of achievable project plans

Develops utilities to automate repetitive tasks to reduce time of delivery

Interfaces with Architects to contribute to reference architectures, standards and certifications of existing and emerging technologies

Interfaces with various levels or groups within the organization to provide status and ensure that implementation sign-off is gained

Identifies and leverages best practices among staff as well as within peer teams

Required

10+ years of enterprise level voice platform deployment and integration experience

Subject matter expertise for voice trunking technology and configurations utilizing telephony carriers, Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice, Genesys Cloud, and Oracle Client/SRE platforms is required

Demonstrates expertise in IP networking technology and practices as it relates to voice services

Demonstrates expert level experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio/Project)

Demonstrates the ability to formally present technical material related to design governance boards and executives with the appropriate level of detail depending upon audience

Developing self and others through coaching, contributing to team success, continuously learning and sharing knowledge

Comfortable with vendor interaction to deliver on project initiatives

Demonstrates tactical ownership for project delivery of assigned workstream areas

Applies standards consistently during planning and deployment across all solutions
