Regional Sales Manager - Southern Wisconsin

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and growing sales within a region, managing a sales team, and building positive relationships with clients and vendors.

Strive to provide the best service to internal and external clients, along with building trust and respect
You are determined to gain knowledge about your region, to learn your competition, and to plan for the best for your region and territory managers
You are forward forward-looking manager who can gain and expand your customer base through tradeshows and other customer events, and be able to help the marketing team
You have experience or are willing to learn about electric motors, drives, controls, switchgear, motor repair services, power services, control panels, and/or predictive maintenance programs
You have commercial and business acumen to lead through Customers and Vendors issues
You can create, manage, maintain, and enhance relationships with key personnel at top accounts
You can prospect and promote L&S products, engineering, and services in the region
You could navigate and understand customers' decision-making and award criteria to support TMs to win
You are a strong leader with a forward forward-looking ability to identify challenges that your TM’s could face
You are able to work with the customers and L&S operation teams to manage technical and commercial challenges
You are experienced at creating an annual sales plan, annual budget, and forecast for TM’s goal-setting
You are able to travel and visit your TMs and customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, with 5 years of sales or related electrical/mechanical experience
Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively with TMs, vendors, and customers
Energetic, self-motivated, results-driven
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP tools
Ability to convey a positive, professional, and friendly image
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record; able to be insured
You are willing and able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
Able to work for any employer in the United States
Preferred
Experience with electrical services, repair of electric motors, generators, rotating apparatus, on-site services, power services, reliability/predictive maintenance services, and engineering design
Understand products such as electric motors, AC and DC drives, soft starters, industrial controls, power distribution equipment, excitation systems, governors, and power transmission equipment
