The role focuses on maintaining security at the site, ensuring compliance with security requirements, and providing administrative support to the site leader as needed.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary onsite support for security, working with Corporate Security to ensure proper credentialing for employees and visitors (including badge management and controls)
Monitor access points, including card readers, cameras, and other security devices
Prepare and maintain security reports, such as badge usage reports
Coordinate emergency and safety support as required
Provide administrative assistance to the site leader within the scope of this role
Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s culture and values
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and project management skills
Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Preferred
Prior experience in security (badging), facilities, project management, or real estate preferred
CPR certification is a plus
