Mobile Service Technician
Lufkin Ford is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join their growing team. The role involves traveling to customer locations to handle basic service needs and recalls, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while performing vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
Engage with many different customers each day and represent the dealership
Organize and prepare for the day’s appointments
Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order in a clean and efficient manner
Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication
Accurately document vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order
Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete required training
Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions
Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly
Qualification
Required
Strong service technician background
ASE certified
Detail-oriented and organized
Valid driver license
Strong use of technological devices including tablets
Preferred
Previous experience
ASE/Manufacturer certifications - Ford certifications are desirable but not mandatory
Service Technician Experience Preferred
